September 25,2014,In the Sixth industrial complex building on the first floor,College students forum held in a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Mr.Wu Yongjian, also chairman and manager directer of the  Xinda group,had  a cordial and in-depth exchange with these students in practice.

 

At 15:00 on the 25^th, Mr. Wu first participated in the seminar of new college students. At the meeting, he listened to the speech of each college student and made a instructional conversation with them. Then,Mr Wu talked around the construction of this year's "production, science and technology, sales of 100 talent plan" in many aspects, encourage college students cherish the current internship opportunities and consider personal career with your own expertise and expertise.

 

At 7 pm, Mr. Wu also kindly exchanged views with 24 students and teachers from Wuhan University of Technology.  He vividly explained to the college students the development plan of the company's industries, products and enterprises and the future construction of Dongying with many metaphor and examples ,which  painted a beautiful new blueprint to these students. The students made heartfelt laughter from time to time, and a few more students said they would come to this company after graduation.

 

The annual college student forum is a rare opportunity for face-to-face exchanges between new recruits and general manager. Mr.Wu said he likes to communicate with college students, for he always get some inspiration from these new voices, and college students also cherish this rare opportunities. At the forum, the college students spoke freely and directly expressed their feelings and opinions to the general manager. The general manager also humbly listened to the students' speeches and gave fair opinions. This is a reflection of the company's emphasis on the new force and an important training for new recruits. Through this meeting, these newly recruited college students will certainly be able to identify the direction of the efforts and grow rapidly in the Xinda group.
