A launching ceremony of a crew pairing activity called “hand in hand and win-win cooperation” was held on the morning of September 18. The ceremony was activated by China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology and success.After the ceremony,eight crew pairings were built.Two innovative studios,respectively named Wang Hui Model Innovation studio and Dai Xusheng Model Innovation studio,signed a strategic cooperative agreement,to write a new chapter of crew pair building and technological innovation.
 

The National People's Congress (NPC) standing committee chairman, vice chairman of the all-china federation of trade unions Xu Zhenchao has sent "congratulations", to celebrate the team building activity made a complete success, and demanded them practicing the work spirit, the spirit of craftsman and the spirit of labor model into the positions and the operations, taking concrete actions to add new connotations for the advocacy of “practicing the new idea and making contributions to the 13th Five-year Plan.
 

Shengda industrial group was founded in 1986 and is one of the first batch of transformed enterprise of shengli oilfield. With a registered capital of 340 million yuan and more than 2,000 employees, the group is a new composite material enterprise integrating scientific research, design, production and installation. For many years,Shengda group has always regarded the crew building as a matter of overall importance, fundamental and basic work which related to the development of itself,as basic guarantee of practicing for the "high tech lead, big base production and market development" strategy,adhering to make a organic fusion among the safe production, management, innovation and efficiency, highlighting the full linkage of staff to promote production, emphasizing the process management to strengthen security, stressing strength of outstanding culture to increase composite power. To date, the team construction has become a "standard, safe and efficient" operation unit and the "safe,civilized, clean, efficient and warm" home of the workers,so as to driving the upgrading of the enterprise operations and management, inspiring entrepreneurial energy, promoting the scientific and harmonious development of enterprises.
 

For concentrating decades of management essence, China academy of launch vehicle technology has explored the crew building road with astronautic features,formed the unique team culture, created a series of successful experiences and work methods about the scientific management, talent training and technical innovation,emerged a batch of professional quality, outstanding advantage, highlight distinct outstanding teams, such as Yu Menglun crew, Wang Hui crew and Ji Hongjuan crew,etc. Beside that,China academy of launch vehicle technology has also initiated and practiced the management method of crew tasks called "double closed-loop" , cracked down the management barriers of "driving task while ignoring crew affairs and grasping class service but affecting the task", created a firm politics, exquisite technology and high quality talent team, embodying the infinite charm of space systems engineering management!

Thanks to the pairing activity, eight teams each side signed a strategic cooperation agreement,and achieved a consensus to learn advanced management concept from each other , to pioneer innovative ideas, so as to realizing the advantages complementing, resource sharing and win-win cooperation.
 

During this activities, and the Zhang Huiping and Dai Xusheng,the representatives on both sides,Sun Baogang,the representative of the structural composite materials research and development group of aerospace materials and technology research institute center ,and Wang Qinghua,the representative of success,all of them made the statement to speak, respectively.
 

"To learn from the aerospace people, to be the Mentoring diligently ." It is a great honor for Dai to take part in the construction of joint projects . He said that he will strive to study "double closed loop" management method of Wang’s team, making the studio management business and technological innovation should be interactive and mutually reinforcing,and : further construct and develop the skill talent front for conducting trainings and enhancing efficiency .
